Rachel Hall-Smith Awarded Outstanding Member of the Year by the New River Valley Chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals.

Each spring, the NRV Chapter of IAAP, awards the Outstanding Member of the Year award to a deserving chapter member who has worked diligently throughout the year for the good of the chapter and who has unselfishly given time and dedication toward the betterment of the chapter. Because of the high ideals and standards of purpose surrounding this award, all recipients must be members of the Association for at least two years and have served the chapter in various capacities, even during the beginning years of their membership.
